You receive information on the program from Sherwood by clicking here or calling 1-800-767-7778.

Call our sales staff at 1-800-767-7778 if you have questions about the program or click on Q&A for answers to common questions.

Sign up over the phone -or- mail us the Program Sign Up Form you received with your program information.
|
| 4. |
We will send you brochures and flyers, according to your specification on the Preorder form, in mid-late August.

| 5. |
Conduct your sales drive.
|
| 6. |
We will mail you a Final Order Form at the beginning of October.
|
| 7. |
Total your sales for each product and write that amount on the Final Order Form. Submit your Final Order Form electronically. You may also mail or fax the form to us. Remember that you can order only in full case quantities.

Mail us your Gift Direct Delivery Item Addresses in the envelope we provide or enter your addresses online through our website to receive 35 cents OFF for each address entered.

We will put a Final Order Confirmation in the mail for you within one day of receiving your Final Order. Please do not call us to confirm your order unless you have not received your Confirmation within 5 days of faxing your order or 7 days of mailing it. If you placed your order online you will receive your Final Order Confirmation via email

Check your Confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Unless we hear from you, we will be shipping the items on that sheet to the shipping address listed on that sheet. CALL IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY PROBLEMS.

Your evergreens will be delivered to you the week before or the week after Thanksgiving, depending on which you chose on the Final Order Form.

| 12. |
You will receive an invoice within 10 days of receiving your greens. Please remit payment within 30 days.
